Are you a manufacturer?
We are an independent sourcing business for custom watches. Production is carried out by separate manufacturing partners.
What is the minimum order quantity?
MOQ depends on the product, configuration and customization. It is confirmed in a written quotation for the project.
Can I use my own logo?
Branding options are reviewed for each proposed product. Typical discussion points include dial artwork, case finish and strap combinations.
Can I order a sample?
Sample availability, development charges and shipping costs are confirmed before a sample order is arranged.
How long does production take?
The schedule depends on the approved specification, tooling and production availability. Confirm the timeline after sample approval.
What information is required for a quote?
Please share estimated quantity, reference images, destination and key specifications such as movement and case material.
Can you provide test reports?
Relevant documents can be requested from the proposed production partner. Their applicability to the exact product and target market must be checked before a compliance claim is made.
Can you produce licensed artwork?
Only provide artwork that you own or are authorized to use. Licensing documents may be needed before production.
Can packaging be customized?
Packaging options depend on the selected product and order volume. Share dimensions, artwork and retail or gift presentation requirements.
How is reseller customer information handled?
Confidentiality, neutral packaging and customer-contact rules need to be agreed in writing before a project begins.
